Postcode may take you to back of building, However, Entrance is just off the main road.

Enter through the Angels Dance Academy doors, and I will meet you in the reception area. If the doors are still locked please just wait outside, I'll be with you shortly.
What is the parking like?
Parking directly outside The Cloud can be limited, you are welcome to park there if there is space.

During the day Cater road can get very busy!
Please allow extra travel time to ensure you park with plenty of time to spare before your treatment.

What are your Policies?
Policies applies to all clients.
Cancellation & No Show Policy.
I really do understand that life does get in the way sometimes and things can't always be planned, but giving me as much notice means I can possibly book in other clients.

Please allow over 24hours notice.

Clients can cancel for free up to 24 hours before appointment.

If clients do not show they will be charge 100% of the appointment value

Clients are charged 50% fee for late cancellation, under the 24 hours notice period.

Lateness Policy.
I understand things could happen which cause us to be late for our appointment, its okay to send me a message to give the heads up.

The length of your appointment may need to be shortened due to my busy schedule. However, you will be charged the full amount of the original treatment that was booked.

Reminder - where I am based is a busy road and can times be a struggle to park close. please bear that in mind when travelling for your appointment.
