Hey! My name is Lauren
Welcome to LD Massage Therapy. Since 2017 I've been on an incredible journey as a massage therapist, and I opened my treatment rooms in 2019. I absolutely love helping people find relief and relaxation through the power of therapeutic touch. I can't wait to support you on your wellness journey and help you feel your best!
Over the years I trained in a variety of course to help tailor your best treatment plan! I am now also a qualified Baby Massage Instructor running baby massage classes for parent/ caregivers and your babies!
